Your 'Professionals Toolkit' is your own Professionals property account which enables you to keep track of new listings, enables you to save your favourite searches and add potential listings you like to your Watchlist as you browse through our website. With your own 'Professionals Toolkit' account you have the ability to alter at anytime your saved searches, watchlists and property alert criteria, as your needs change.
If you don't have a Professionals Toolkit account, register here. If your contact details or password ever need updating, this can be done once logged into your account. If you've forgotton your password, you can easily reset it here.
A 'Saved Search' is the search criteria you enter into the 'Find a Property' search panel, that is saved for future use. When you wish to search again within our site, login to your account and click your 'Saved Search' section and choose your search. If you are interested in a variety of properties, you have the ability to save multiple property searches, just by entering your search criteria and selecting 'Save Search' each time. Your saved searches will then automatically appear in your Professionals Toolkit account, to make searching your ideal property as easy as possible for you.
Once logged into your 'Professionals Toolkit - My Property Alerts', you can set your rental search criteria as a Property Alert. Any new listings that are listed with us and match your selection will be emailed to you automatically directly to your inbox as a Property Alert. Should you not wish to receive any further Property Alerts, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
While browsing through our website, if any properties appear that are of interest to you, simply click the icon, these will be saved to your account under your 'Watchlist'. When you are logged into your 'Professionals Toolkit' account, all properties that have been saved will appear in your Watchlist. These can be viewed anytime and removed as easy as they were selected.
