“When people trust me with their property – usually their largest asset – it’s my responsibility to ensure that the entire process from start to finish is handled professionally, competently and with empathy”, says Sandra, whose testimonials from happy clients reinforce her focus, great communication skills and an innate ability to match keen buyers with willing sellers.
“Getting a result that allows a vendor to move on with their life and a buyer to start afresh is incredibly satisfying and I’m prepared to put in the hard work to see that happen. Starting my salesperson career in challenging economic times has provided me with a strong platform to establish my business on as, now – more than ever – a salesperson needs to be prepared to take the time to build strong relationships with the people they are dealing with”, says Sandra.
One of her clients went as far as to say she had ‘the patience of a saint’ and this willingness to invest time in the process of transacting property has clearly paid off for all parties concerned.
